No, you can also place your order as a guest. But if you open an account with us we give you some perks.

Are There Any Exchange Rates ?

All of our transactions are based out of the US Dollar. If you use a credit card from another currency, your order will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your card issuer processes the transaction.

What Payment Method Do You Accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa,MasterCard,AMEX,Etc) and PayPal payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, or cash on delivery.

How Secure Is My Order?

When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into a SSL Secure web page. Your information is then SSL-Encrypted and sent directly to your credit card provider network, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.

How Do I Change or Cancel My Order?

We reserve the right at anytime after receipt of the order to accept or decline the order, or any portion thereof in our sole discretion, even after the Customer receives an order confirmation or after the card has been authorized. If the credit card has already been authorized for purchase and the order is canceled, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment.

Please note that any order that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.

When Will My Order Arrive?

The delivery time is based on the shipping option you have chosen. Once the order has shipped, we will email your tracking information on the next day as tracking information becomes available within 72 hours after we have shipped the order. *Make sure that our email doesn't go to your spam or junk email folder* .We are not responsible for the delays by customs in other countries.

Please note that we have warehouses all over the world such as China,US , Europe and we will do our best to get the order out to you from the closest location to your mailing address. There is a shipping window of 15 to 20 days.

What Do I Do If I Have Missing Items In My Order?

When Will My Order Be Processed?

All our orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse in many Countries all over the world. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale season.

We process orders between Monday and Saturday. Orders will be processed within 5-7 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

Please contact us if you do not receive tracking information after 15 business days from the day of your order being processed.

Is My Order Eligible For FREE SHIPPING?

Free Shipping is applied to all our orders for special sales that run most of the year. If there is no Free Shipping at the time of your purchase you will be notified before placing your order.

We are not responsible for lost items by the local post offices.
